These guys always do an excellent job of fixing my vehicles. I even have my parents bring their cars here too. They’re always honest, sometimes it’s just $10 repair that causing my check engine light! Been bringing my cars here for years! Shoutout to Stacy, always take cares of his customers.
I've been coming to Rancho for over a decade... They have always worked with me. They even helped resolve a warranty issue when my car broke down 100 miles away, through another branch... They are always friendly and, although tha Asst. Mgr. and I got off to a rocky start, he's done great work and always gives me good breaks on much of my major repairs and maintenance... I, absolutely recommend this branch to anyone reading this...
Wonderful experience. My check engine light came on and I remembered their ad that they check it for free. I walked in asking if they could look at it and they immediately walked out to my car, figured it was only my gas cap. Removed the check engine light and gave me suggestions. I was done in 15 minutes.
I recommend this place. Phillip, the personal care technicia, was great to work with. He made sure we were updated on the progress of vehicle's repair. The car runs great. Thank you to the transmission repair technician Stacy for coming out to shake my hand. Great e perience all around.
